In response to the spiritual requirements of the national laws and regulations "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China", Changsha Zhongxin officially started the three-level safety production standardization kick-off meeting on July 25, 2014. Our company has invited experts from Hanlin Education to conduct guidance and training for many times. , During the training process, the experts with rich experience and case analysis colleagues listened very carefully. After two months of repeated study, on-site inspection and rectification follow-up, our company has established and improved a complete set of 27 safety production standardization system documents. From the scene, from the company gate to the inside of the factory, to every corner of the company with potential safety hazards, relevant safety signs are posted, such as enterprise safety notices, factory speed limit, height limit signs, warning, prohibition signs, occupational hazards notice board, etc. All employees have a better understanding and understanding of safety, and the company's production site and working environment have also been significantly improved. It can be seen that as a production-oriented company, Sino-Singapore Company, whether it is the boss, superior leaders, or the company's general manager, Leaders of all departments attach great importance to and pay attention to safe and standardized production.

On September 19th, the loopholes were supplemented through the self-assessment, and the detailed self-assessment report was submitted to the provincial and municipal level for approval. Changsha Guoshun Security Xiao Wenjun conducted an on-site inspection and evaluation of the company, and Hanlin Education Safety Minister Liu Xiong conducted an audit of the three-level safety production standardization documents. Finally, Director Yan of Changsha Safety Supervision Bureau of Hunan Province gave a high evaluation to our company's on-site standardized management. Experts fully affirmed the establishment and improvement of relevant systems, and also pointed out 4 shortcomings: 1. The rectification of potential safety hazards has not formed a closed-loop management, and there is no detailed rectification record sheet for hidden dangers; 2. The air compressor pressure gauge has no maximum pressure red line mark; 3. The road in the factory area lacks vehicle driving route signs; 4. The workplace has not been carried out Safety "Three Simultaneous" and "Occupational Health" Three Simultaneous Management. In the follow-up safety management work, we will rectify these major problems in place before the end of the year, and implement them according to the plan.
