On January 20, 2015, the 2014 (eighth) excellent QC group activity results presentation meeting was held in the company's training room. The 8 QC topics in the competition were selected by the self-evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of each factory/department.
At the press conference, each QC team officially entered the presentation stage after a wonderful appearance. The presenters of each QC team made on-site explanations and presentations in the form of pictures and texts, and explained in detail the working steps of the team members using the PDCA cycle, fully demonstrating the problems existing in the work site of the team members and using QC methods to improve product quality , improve economic efficiency and other aspects of the efforts and achievements.
After the release of each QC result, the judges put forward targeted guidance and comments on the direction of improvement. After all the judges objectively and impartially evaluated the content of the published subject, the way of publishing, the value of improvement, and economic benefits, and finally, according to the score, the QC results were selected to win 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and third prizes. There are 3 prizes, and 1 prize for best improvement, best presentation, best computer skills, best QC technique and style display.
