Our company has maintained a long-term cooperative relationship with Wuyang Honda. In October 2010, we signed the "Strategic Partnership Contract", and the two sides have established a deep friendship in long-term exchanges and cooperation. On October 21, 2013, the Wuyang-Honda plant held a ground-breaking ceremony for the second phase, inviting the government, shareholders, media, dealers, suppliers, etc. to participate. Our company was invited to be the venue for the outsourcing logistics and inspection exemption briefing after the Wuyang Honda groundbreaking ceremony.
The visitors arrived at our company at 1 pm, and General Manager Mao Chengguang was responsible for the reception. After the two parties exchanged business cards, General Manager Mao Chengguang accompanied Mr. Takeshita to visit our company's mold development and production, injection and blow molding processes, and inventory delivery management processes. During the visit, the supervisors of relevant departments warmly introduced our product development and production management implementation to the visitors.
After the visit, a briefing session on WHM outsourcing logistics and inspection-free work was held in the training room. Manager Mao Wenfeng, on behalf of our company, introduced the development of the company's inspection-free work to the on-site personnel. Our company has done a lot of co-operation in mold development and maintenance, quality management of injection molding and painting process, and delivery inspection to ensure the quality of delivery, and finally achieve the inspection-free condition of Wuyang Honda. In 2011, Wuyang-Honda awarded our company the title of "Inspection-Exempt Supplier", and all the products delivered to Wuyang-Honda canceled the part inspection link. Inspection-free work brings huge benefits to both parties. After canceling the inspection of parts, it can not only shorten the time that vehicles stay in the Wuyang Honda factory, improve the utilization rate of vehicles, but also reduce the work waste of inspection personnel. After the delivery process is simplified, the timeliness and accuracy of the delivery plan are improved. 10~20%.
The holding of this briefing session was a complete success.
